Terms of Service

1. The Service

SabKiList helps households plan shopping together: shared lists, templates, reminders and item suggestions. SabKiList does not sell products, take orders or process payments. When you share a list to another app such as WhatsApp or a quick-commerce app, your purchase is between you and that provider. SabKiList is not affiliated with those apps.

Prices shown in SabKiList are estimates for planning only and may differ from actual prices.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
• Tell us promptly at support@sabkilist.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Homes and shared content

A home is shared by its members. Anything you add to a home, such as lists, items and notes, is visible to and can be edited by its other members. The home owner can remove members and delete the home. Only invite people you trust, and do not add sensitive personal information to shared lists.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, harmful or abusive;
• try to access other people’s homes or data without permission;
• interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; or
• send spam or misuse invitations.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Your content

You own the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the Service to you and your home members. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and availability

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features, and may introduce paid plans; we will never charge you without your clear consent. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using SabKiList and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed, incorrect or duplicate purchases arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
